Web Platform
The SpokeDo web app — where your audio becomes structured channels, insights, and automated workflows.
The SpokeDo web platform is the control plane for everything your native apps capture. It organizes recordings into channels, runs them through applications to extract insights, routes outcomes to integrations, and bills the underlying compute via the credits wallet.
Core Concepts
- Channels — A persistent stream of recordings from a single source (microphone, upload, Zoom, Meet, Teams, phone). Channels group meetings or sessions that share participants and intent.
- Intents — A reusable analysis recipe that defines what to extract from audio (action items, summaries, custom prompts) and where to send the result.
- Insights — The output of running an intent over a recording. Each insight tracks status, confidence, the source audio, and any downstream integration deliveries.
- Integrations — Outbound connections to GitHub, Slack, Notion, Linear, Anki, Trello, and other tools that receive insight payloads.
- Credits — The internal billing unit. All transcription, translation, and AI work draws from your credit balance.
- Marketplace — Curated applications (intent + integration bundles) you can install in one click.
